Aaron: Owner/Stylist
After years of odd jobs and an interest in art I looked into cosmetology school, figuring I could take it anywhere. My first day in school, I was hooked, I immediately fell in love and knew this was how I would spend the rest of my life. I graduated from the Aveda Institute Minneapolis in 2002 and soon moved to Atlanta. Since being here I have had the privilege to work under and with some of the most talented hair artists in the city. I've also had the pleasure of styling celebrity clients in the likes of Martha Stewart and Bridgett Fonda. Over the years I became a salon education director, creative director and an in salon educator for Bumble and Bumble.
Now, with the opening of Salon Modello, my heart has grown ever more fond of this industry. I enjoy cutting all hair types, both men and women. I also enjoy styling hair from elegant weddings to dramatic editorial work.

Mel
I am a multi-cultural stylist who graduated from Douglas J. Academy, an Aveda institute in Lansing, Michigan. I have been licensed for 14 years in the State of Michigan and in the State of Georgia. I furthered my education in the medical field and computer science; but never could tear myself away from creative transformation possibilities of cosmetology.
In 1997 I visited the Atlanta area and decided to move here in 1998. Both Michigan and Georgia are very culturally diverse, thus affording me the opportunity to excel in multicultural hair care and design, chemical services ranging from all color services to all chemical services, waxing, and wedding party makeup and up do’s. My services include men, women, and children.
I have always had a passion for hair. The chemical aspect and the versatility of hair has always astounded me and made me curious as to what it can do and what I am capable of doing with it. I have never been able to draw or paint a Picasso-like portrait but have always been able to create fun and interesting things with hair. I do believe that cosmetology is my calling and I am willing to follow my “flair for hair” and allow it to take me as far as possible in the industry.
I was the personal stylist to DJ/Rapper Crazy Caz presently of Australia; and here in Atlanta, Ga., Rapper/Singer/Songwriter, J-9. I have had the honor of working with thousands of people in my 14 years of experience as a Master Cosmetologist. I enjoy transforming my clientele and sharing the joy that I bring them.
I am here to serve you!

Alana
I am an enthusiastic hairdresser with a love for cutting. I am full of energy and personalty, talent and a drive to succeed. As an Atlanta native, I have seen the city grow and change and I love being in the center of the style and energy of the city.
I love doing all types of hair, but I truly have a passion for men's cuts. I was Paul Mitchell trained in color by a platform artist and Toni & Guy triained in cutting for two years. I have done hair at Betsy Johnson's Fashion show, The Giesha House Fashion Premere, Fashion Week Atlanta and many more. I enjoy doing photoshoots, both Ready to Wear and Avante Garde.
Outside of the salon I enjoy being a part of the tattoo industry as an alternative model. I love riding motorcycles and being with my cat.
